MASiF 2011

Heyyah earthlings! Hope everything is fine over there. I’m doing good. And like usual, I need some random talking. Oh, not so random this time around.. I got like this interesting thing to share. have you guys ever heard about MASiF event before? Or should I elaborate more? ouhkay, MASiF is actually stands for Music, Art, Style, International Festival. It was held on the 15th-17th of Sept in conjunction of Hari Malaysia. It was held in KLCC. As it says that it is a huge event on the historical day. Fyi, this is the second year of MASiF as it was held in 2010 before. But from what I’ve been told, MASiF 2011 is bigger, bolder and better. Yups, I just couldn’t agree more it was such an huge event!


Lots of people asked me from where do I know this MASiF thingy. It was quite complicated to explain, but yeah, I’ll try to make it short and easy to understand. To begin with, I saw about MASiF in one magazine from my friend. As I read it, there was something capturing my eyes which I can’t tell you here. So I was decided to dive more on  what MASiF is all about. I tried to google and I ended up at their Facebook Page. I was quite blur at first on how to participate. At first I thought that only those who are closely related to art were the one who will be invited like Indie bands, artists, fashion designer, photographer etc etc. I love art but I know I got nothing to do with it. Then I force myself to ask ‘coz I couldn’t stop my urge to know! Thus I sent an email asking on how I can let myself join the MASiF. Bla..bla… bla..


After for like almost a week from the day I sent the email, I got a phone call, “ Hi, can I speak to Fieyra?” “Yeah, speaking.” “Ok, I’m calling from MASiF to tell you that we just got your email, and would you like to join us on MASiF?” OhMyGOD I just wanna scream my lungs real out loud. “OF COURSE I do!” Then after I hang up I straight away called my cousins and asked her to join me for MASiF. And that’s how the story goes. Oh ya, did I tell you that this event was held during my study week or should I say 4 days before my final exam?! I considered myself as bold and wise enough to take the risk on neglecting my responsibility as a student to focus more on my studies during my study week. I'm so sorry, but that’s me, I’ll try to get What I want no matter what! Gimme around of applause for that!
